On Wednesday afternoons the practice operates an emergency service from 13:00. Reception is open only for prescriptions, letters and for appointment booking.

Please note that the Treatment Room closes on Wednesdays at 11:45.

As not all GP's are available on all days please advise when making appointment if you have a preference for a particular GP.

After 18:00 during the week, at weekends, and bank holidays your urgent medical needs will be attended to by the out-of-hours service. This service is for emergencies only and to access please telephone 028 9260 2204.

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
